About Us
Monte Cristo Engineering & Development (MCED), founded in 2005, has grown from its roots in developing renewable fuel facilities like biodiesel and ethanol into a leader in innovative engineering solutions.
Since 2009, the company has expanded into early-stage technology development and scale-up, adding technical due diligence and feasibility studies by 2012.
By 2017, MCED broadened its expertise to include project development, engineering, project management, and EPC management services.
In 2020, it began supporting project financing with bankable financial models, followed by the 2021 launch of the Carbonshift FlexFeed process for Sustainable Aviation Fuel in a joint venture with a NASDAQ company.
Most recently, in 2024, MCED pioneered a turquoise hydrogen process using high-temperature nuclear heat, solidifying its position at the forefront of sustainable technology.
